All USA Franchises is a digital franchise directory and marketing platform focused on connecting franchisors with entrepreneurs and investors throughout the United States. We provide franchisors with opportunities to increase their online exposure and reach potential franchisees.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Franchise Marketer to join the All USA Franchises team and help franchise companies increase their exposure, generate leads, and connect with potential franchise buyers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, lead generation, sales, or franchise marketing, and understand how marketing can help businesses attract qualified prospects and grow.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote franchise opportunities.
• Help franchisors increase their online visibility and exposure.
• Identify and develop new marketing opportunities for franchise companies.
• Communicate with franchisors to understand their marketing goals and needs.
• Present marketing solutions and services to potential and existing clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads and business opportunities.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Help develop content and promotional materials for franchise listings and campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisors and business owners.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to encourage continued engagement.
• Research franchise industry trends, competitors, and marketing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, campaigns, and follow-ups.
• Work with the team to develop new ideas and strategies for growing the All USA Franchises platform.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Experience with franchise marketing is a strong plus.
• Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and online advertising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with business owners and franchisors.
• Ability to present marketing ideas and solutions professionally.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience with social media, SEO, email marketing, or paid advertising is a plus.
• Must be located in or able to work in Miami, Florida.
• Native English speaker.
