Overview
ACE DuraFlo Systems, LLC was formed in the 1990's with the vision of developing and commercializing a proven and permanent solution to pipe corrosion and leaks. Truly an alternative to repiping, the ACE DuraFlo system provides "in-place" pipe restoration technology that limits destruction to walls, floors, ceilings and foundations.

As the industry leader and technological innovator, ACE DuraFlo meets local, national, and international standards as well as the National Sanitation Foundation's (NSF) 61 approval for drinking water. ACE DuraFlo's product is UPC listed and IPC compliant – providing an effective, clean, safe and, most of all, healthy solution for piping failures - bringing you pipe restoration services for corroded and leaky pipes.

Additionals
The franchise being offered will let a franchisee take advantage of the ACE DuraFlo proprietary method to clean and recondition pipelines of various compositions. The procedure process involves first drying, followed by cleaning the pipes with an abrasive material, and blowing the pipe clean with compressed air and lining the pipes with specialized, proprietary epoxies by applying controlled pressure and air. This system lets the building owner repair his or her pipe systems without replacing them. The process lessens the disruption to the building owner, and is much cheaper than replacing worn out, damaged or corroded pipes. The method can be utilized in both residential and commercial applications.

Why Our Franchise?
The License Agreement give the franchisee the ablility to operate a pipe restoration franchise from one office in a territory the company will designate at the time the franchisee agrees to the License Agreement. The franchisee may work from anywhere in that territory. The franchisee does not have any exclusive rights in that territory. The franchisor can grant licenses or franchises to other persons, including affiliates, to operate an ACE DuraFlo® business or otherwise use the ACE DuraFlo® process and epoxy, in the franchisee's territory or in adjoining trade areas. The company may also set up licenses, franchises or company-owned outlets or other channels of distribution selling or leasing similar products or services under a different trademark. The franchisor will not issue more than one license.

The franchisor is ACE DuraFlo® Systems, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Nevada. ACE DuraFlo® was organized on August 24, 1999. The company does business under the corporate name, and under the names "Fix My Pipes!," "fixmypipes.com" and "ACE DuraFlo." Pipe Restoration Technologies, LLC may be considered a predecessor because it is the owner of ACE DuraFlo® technology. The company does not have any affiliates.
