Overview
Online Trading Academy's roots can be traced back to 1997, as one of the largest trading floors in the U.S., with 180 traders averaging half a billion dollars in daily transactions. To improve results, managers and the top traders offered daily coaching sessions in how to trade more consistently and profitably.
In 2001, we shifted our focus to solely providing education. Today we have a community of investors who have the tools they need to learn to trade with the skill and confidence of professional traders.

Our business has no truly comparable competitors, and we only award one franchise owner into each major market, so you won't have any other Online Trading Academy financial education centers nearby.
You don't need to be a professional investor or educator to run a franchise. We'll provide you all the education resources for in-center classes and deliver our online education directly to your students.
With OTA, you'll learn to serve students in our 7-day Core Strategy Course — part of your Initial Franchise Training. Our dedicated franchise consultant team will coach you in all aspects of starting and running your business successfully and provide support with marketing, IT and systems, accounting, HR and education.

Leadership Team
Our leadership team blends a range of experience from franchising to investments and trading to general business leadership. The average tenure at Online Trading Academy of the members of the leadership team is over 12 years, and our founder, Eyal Shahar, is still active in the day-to-day business.
Franchise Consultant Team
Led by Mark Patrick, a seasoned franchise executive with experience in education franchises, our Franchise Consultant Team coaches our franchisees in all aspects of starting up and running their businesses. This team is supported by all headquarters staff, including marketing, IT systems, accounting, HR, and education departments.
