Overview
Our story begins in 1996 when Keith & Sherri Behney founded Sherri's Fun Foods. While attending various outdoor festivals and shows, Keith and Sherri saw there was a wide variety of food vendors but noticed very few selling good, fresh crab cakes.

So, they started extensive research and product testing while also searching for a suitable partner for their new venture. From this, Sherri's Crab Cakes was born. With each festival and each sandwich sold, word of our fresh, savory Crab Cakes spread quickly.

Today, Sherri's Crab Cakes and our 5 Franchisees can boast of nearly 20 mobile food stands selling fresh crab cakes at over 250 shows and festivals annually from New England to Florida.
