Will There be Assistance?
Initial assistance provided by The Franchisor will include the following franchisee training programs:

Phase 1: Four weeks of initial training at a location designated by the Franchisor, most likely at the headquarters in Florida.

Phase 2: On site training at the franchisees location a few days prior to and through the opening of the restaurant.

Assistance: A member of Thirsty Turtle field support staff will visit each franchisee according to the following schedule:

• First Quarter: Biweekly.
• Second-Fourth Quarter: Monthly.
• Beyond: Quarterly.
