Iron BodyFit started out in France in 2015 as a small studio operating with a new technology called Whole Body Electrical Muscle Stimulation. This technology provides many benefits and enables our members to work on their 8 muscles zones simultaneously. This technology coupled with good voluntary contraction, and a specific breathing rhythm allows to realize intense sessions and to do the equivalent of 4 hours of exercise in only 25 minutes!
