Overview
Like many successful companies, Experimac® actually started out of a garage. With a passion for the Apple® brand and a curious mind, founder Jim Muir turned his hobby of buying, selling, trading and repairing computer equipment into a viable business venture.

Quickly outgrowing his garage, Jim opened his first retail location in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2012.

After enjoying several years of success, Jim decided it was time to offer others the opportunity to own an Experimac®. He partnered with Ray Titus, a widely recognized leader in the franchise industry, and in August 2014, the two had developed a plan to take the company worldwide.

On the sales side, you will be able to put ownership of highly coveted pre-owned Apple® products into the hands of your customers at a lower cost than comparable new equipment from other retailers. You will take trade-ins and work with each customer to find the best solution for them.

You will also offer repairs, upgrades and other services, making your store a one-stop location for all pre-owned Apple® product needs.

Extensive Training and Support
Experimac® franchisees don't have to be tech industry experts. You will receive extensive training and support through the life of your business. It begins with a two-week training course at our state-of-the-art facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Then our field staff will come to your location and provide a full two-weeks of "on the job training" as you open your store. Our team will help you set up your store and begin operations.
