Eagle Transmission and Automotive Repair was originally started by the Block family with a goal to build out the Dallas, TX market only. That goal was quickly achieved and expanded to Houston and Austin. Once Dallas was completed the family stopped franchising to focus on building a strong family tie to all franchisees. Fast forward 25 years later we are now on our 3rd generation of the Block family and franchisees celebrating over 30 years together as an Eagle family.

While the basics of Auto Repair is the operating model for this business, our focus is creating a family of franchisees. To us it's not about having 1000 locations, it's about building a strong business model and even stronger relationships.
