Franchisees must be hands-on operators and true team builders. If you are not committed to being such, Bartercard will require that you appoint a Franchise Principal that meets with their approval. He or she would then be responsible to both you and Bartercard USA.
It might best be said that everything happens at the franchise level. Almost all trades begin and end with a local trade broker as most accounts are local accounts. The good news is that trades among members from other cities, regions or countries become increasingly prevalent as the U.S. franchise system gets built out.
