We are approved in 38 states to franchise Hotel Renovation Project Managers, and will open offices in 10 U.S. markets this year.

Our innovative business model manages the Hotel Makeover process profitably and more efficiently than competitors can, as follows. There are two tiers:
Design, procurement, coordination, logistics, accounting, construction programming, warranty administration and post project marketing are highly complex, and we tightly control and distribute those services from a central hub.
Project supervision and client interactions are on-site functions. We franchise those functions to Franchised Project Managers throughout the country.
