Florida native and restaurateur Mike Rosenberg founded Mack's Tender in 2016 with a simple goal – to craft the perfect chicken tender. Alongside a team of chefs, Mike did just that, creating fresh, never frozen, carefully cooked tenders with a special seasoning that balances the natural flavor of the chicken.
They complemented it with 30 special sauces, many of which are unique to Mack's, and a southern-inspired menu of sides.

We train you at one of our locations in Jacksonville FL before you open. Then we spend a week with you in your location to make sure you got the hang of it.
Mack's Tenders only grows with your success so we are heavily invested in helping you grow in your first location and beyond. There is much infrastructure that goes into supporting each franchisee and that is a key component to a successful system. In the very first week after signing the agreement, we sit down with you and start with our communications channels and social networks so as to prep your community as soon as posible.
