Currently operating in 30 states, Wayback Burgers' potential has been demonstrated by our loyal following. From our first humble shop in Newark, DE, opened in 1991 as Jake's Hamburgers and still a state favorite, we've now begun franchising worldwide.
We are rapidly expanding our brand, recently reaching over 520 contracted locations with 156 currently operating. With new restaurants available nationwide, here's the opportunity to set your course for success.
Wayback Burgers is uncomplicated and honest. It reflects its guests: hardworking people who want simple, uncomplicated things: A great burger, french fries (or chips), and a delicious hand-dipped milkshake. The comfortable, welcoming environment makes the short wait for made-to-order meals that much easier.
Why Our Franchise? Wayback Burgers Community Involvement
Every Wayback Burgers franchisee specifically partners with local charities and organizations in its surrounding community to help raise money for a cause and/or organization. Every franchisee hosts multiple in-store fundraisers and donations each month. We take seriously responsibilities that come with being a leader. We help our customers build better communities and leverage our size, scope and resources to help make the communities a better place.
Wayback Burgers Corporate Responsibility
For Wayback Burgers, corporate responsibility is about living our values each day. It's about taking action, achieving results and always maintaining open lines of communication with our customers and other key stakeholders. We also regularly make in-kind donations to local community events such as silent auctions, runs and walks, trivia nights and raffles.
Wayback Burgers Sustainability
We're determined to continuously improve our social and environmental performance. We work hard, together with our suppliers and independent restaurant franchisees, to strive toward a sustainable future – for our company and the communities in which we operate.
Wayback Burgers Partnerships
Wayback Burgers has a national marketing & fundraising partnership agreement with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. In addition to our efforts on a national level with The Boys & Girls Clubs, we are involved with fundraising with local chapters of the Boys & Girls Clubs as well as Toys for Toys for Tots, Salvation Army, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and YMCA's.
