What You Need. Most important, you can grow your multiple-daypart, casual dining franchise with the support of our highly-experienced team – including our guidance on sourcing quality ingredients, or help with ensuring your location conveys the unique Panini Kabob Grill atmosphere, both inside and out.

We have a comprehensive initial training program for Franchisee, General Manager and Kitchen Managers. Depending on your level of experience we will tailor our design and length of training to you (typically about 50-60 days). You and members of your team will be trained in all aspects of running a restaurant.
