Food You Can Taste.
The original Lost Cajun® was founded in October of 2010 in Frisco, Colorado with my late wife Belinda. In 2012, my best friend and fishing buddy Jon Espey joined me and we opened The Lost Cajun® in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Since then we have grown The Lost Cajun® brand to more than 16 stores nationwide and counting!
The Lost Cajun® is a family- friendly restaurant that has a loyal customer base. There is little to no competition in most market with systems that are easy and fast to learn. Owning a Lost Cajun® is not just another "Like me" sandwich shop or pizza place, we serve a segment of the market that is not currently addressed.
A unique restaurant offering a one of a kind market opportunity that provokes thoughts of cajun country by offering seafood and gumbos made from Louisiana recipes.
The Lost Cajun® has a reasonable investment franchise concept that fits into one of the most traditional franchise segments in the history of the industry.
Restaurant franchises have been successfully replicated and sold through franchising for over fifty years and have dominated the franchise market during much of that time. The Lost Cajun® concept is set to define the category of Cajun restaurant franchises.
