In 2016, we chose to move forward with offering our care nationwide, changing our name from The Haven to Avendelle Assisted Living. This change reflected a new chapter for Avendelle, our goal being to emerge as the premier provider of small, intimate senior living home options. Our homes are just that—homes, not institutionalized facilities.
At Avendelle Assisted Living, we understand why seniors want to stay at home for as long as possible. We feel a sincere responsibility to develop new ways to meet the needs and sustain the quality of life for our aging loved ones. Our seniors deserve better than they often get in today's society. We're committed to making a healthy, happy lifestyle a reality for everyone, regardless of age. We do this by focusing on three key areas.
Why Our Franchise?
Avendelle Assisted Living is always open to discussing future franchises. We believe in the way we deliver senior care, and we want to provide our assisted living housing and services for as many seniors as we can. If you're interested in assisted living housing franchise opportunities, please read through our provided information. Feel free to contact us with any questions or to get started.
We now have 21 individual operating homes. The operating prototypes are in a good market in that franchisees could draw comparisons to their market when considering purchasing a franchise. The corporate locations for Avendelle are impressive and show well on discovery day meetings with potential franchisees.
The Avendelle model is operationally structured to be efficient and simple in nature, allowing for ease of duplication in new markets. The corporate location of Avendelle will be used as a goal and ideal example of what this franchise can become. With good management and the guidance of Avendelle's franchise program, a franchisee can strive to build an organization as well-managed and structured as the business in Raleigh, NC.
Avendelle model is certainly adaptable nationally, the concept is almost indiscriminate of the market it is located in. In all markets, the concept has been very successful and proven the sturdiness of the Avendelle concept. In most parts of the U.S., the population of seniors is increasing as well as the number of disabled people who need home-care services. This is a booming market that, with good marketing and motivated franchisees, could work just about anywhere.
