In Home Personal Services is a private pay home care agency that provides seniors and those in need of assistance with high-quality, non-medical home care services at affordable rates. We deliver compassionate care to our clients and families, helping them to live independently and safely within their homes.
In Home Personal Services brings a unique approach to caregiving—one that takes the "senior" out of "senior care"—and allows us to see amazing people who are beautiful in every way. These incredible, accomplished, and fascinating individuals may now need a little assistance or possibly full-time support to ensure their lives continue to blossom.

We have built a reputation for helping clients maintain a high quality of life, allowing IHPS to become one of the largest purveyors of senior care services in Chicagoland. Our services are largely private pay, but we also accept Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance and Veterans Aid and Attendance pension benefits.
Why Our Franchise?
We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, team leadership ability, management skills, and a deep passion to improve the welfare of seniors and the communities in which they live. Experience in healthcare such as nursing or the geriatric community may be helpful, but is not a requirement to become an IHPS franchisee.
