Why Our Franchise?
As a Franchisee of SAFE HOMECARE you are automatically enrolled in the SAFE HOMECARE University.
This immersion training will take place at the SHC headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma and will consist of 5 full days of training by members of our team who are experts in their respective disciplines. You will learn about the marketplace, the players, the strategies, techniques, and day-to-day operational procedures and protocol.
Once you become a SAFE HOMECARE Franchisee, you will be provided a prerequisite checklist indicating items that need to be completed prior to attending SHC University. This checklist will provide you a roadmap of things you will need to do, as a Franchisee, to prepare for the opening of your location, and to be most effective while at formal training.
Having addressed and/or completed the checklist of responsibilities for new Franchise owners, you will be ready to attend the SHC University immersion training sessions. These sessions will include understanding the foundations of the non-medical homecare business.
In addition to the University program required for all Franchisees, there will be field support at your site provided to all Franchisees. Additionally, Corporate experts are always available to handle your questions and concerns by email or phone from our headquarters. If necessary, expert trainers are available to travel to your location.
When you become a SAFE HOMECARE Franchisee, you are not only availing yourself of the SAFE HOMECARE business model, system procedures and the training on how, why and when to implement certain strategies.
