Overview
A piadina (plural is piadine) is a thin, flaky flatbread originating in the Emilia-Romagna region. Our piadina bread is made fresh in our kitchen ("from scratch") and rolled out daily. A Piadina is served warm with a variety of fillings such as meats, cheeses, and greens, as well as sweet, such as nutella and fruits.

On every corner in Italy, you will find Piadina featured wherever you turn. We offer the same experience here in the US without having to travel for the experience! Piadina is a think, flaky flatbread that has been a perfect recipe originating all the way from the Emilia-Romagna region.

Purchasing: The Franchisor or its affiliate will negotiate quantity discounts on behalf of all of its members, passing all of these savings on to the franchisees.

Accounting/Audit: Reporting directly to administration, this department will help sort through the information and is responsible for the financial and legal oversight of all our franchisees.
