Our consultants are experts in several fields, including law, accounting, finance, etc., but we do not provide legal and CPA services, and generally, we rely on outside sources for technology solutions and expansion capital.

Mr. Vegard Vevstad is the Founder, President, and CEO of Cencir, Inc., and personally heads up its franchise consulting division, FCF. He oversees six senior consultants and alliances with technology and financial firms to provide "complete solutions." Prior to starting Cencir in 2000, Mr. Vevstad was President of the international division of one of the largest and oldest management consulting firms specializing in franchising - with about 100 staff and licensed offices in Spain, Peru, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Japan, Philippines, Argentina, and Chile.

In addition to selling and supervising franchises abroad, he negotiated licenses for new offices in several countries on all continents and attended relevant trade shows, gave seminars in the US, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, Japan, Italy, and Australia, conducted public relations through news media in several of these and other countries, sold consulting engagements for the main office and provided strategic planning and project management to such clients as Commerce Clearing House, Getty Oil, Van Heusen/GANT, Cancer Treatment Center of America, Texaco Europe, Mobil Oil, Amoco Oil, Shell Petroleum, Freuhauf Trailer, Ryder Truck Rental, Pollo Campero (Guatemala), Helados Bon (Dominican Republic), Orbitur Campgrounds (Portugal), and The International Investor, an Islamic bank (Kuwait, England, and Switzerland). Mr. Vevstad holds a law degree from Norway and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago.
