Our Training and Support Department will provide you with both preliminary as well as ongoing, results-oriented training to assist you in your ownership and operation of an NYS Collection franchise.

Comprehensive Training.

• Seminars run regularly in our NYS Training Facility in Denver, CO.
• Classroom topics include kiosk setup and design, product knowledge, inventory management, proper staff management, maintaining a successful sales team and much more.
• Retail component provides a practical, hands-on opportunity to put the practices you learned to work as you spend time at an actual franchise location in a regional mall.
• Each seminar provides written training materials for everyone on your team – from the sales staff to the franchise partners.
• NO LIMITS. Training is available for refresher courses or to send managers or other team members.

Ongoing Support.

• A dedicated Franchise Account Manager will be assigned to you to advise you on your franchise practices.
• A Retail Franchise Manager will provide consultation on any operational questions or concerns.
